AIMS

The Scientific Workshop was held to discuss the scientific underpinnings of both optimistic and more pessimistic views about the compatibility of economic growth and sustainable development (e.g. substantial reductions in resource use).

WORKSHOP FORMAT

The workshop was held as a SciBarCamp. For more information abour this format, see the documentation of the workshop.

POSTER SESSION

Participants of the SciBarCamp “Growth in Transition” were invited to bring posters, or to design them on the spot. An exhibition of posters took place during the SciBarCamp.
