Heino von Meyer

Heino von Meyer is since 2002 the Head of the OECD Berlin Centre, the OECD representation for the German speaking Member countries liaising between OECD headquarters in Paris and OECD partners and stakeholders in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.  Prior to this he worked as senior economist for several OECD Directorates and as a consultant for various European Commission Directorates General.

He was involved in several horizontal projects related to issues of sustainable development promotion.  A particular focus of his analytical and policy related work has always been on integrating economic, social and environmental concerns and on communicating with policy makers and administrators, social partners, academia and civil society organisations.
